Rize Michael’s new album “i can’t wait to know you, always” feels like reading someone’s diary that’s filled with honesty, warmth and reflection. It’s emotional, but in a calm and comforting way like he’s letting you into his world, one song at a time. Every track feels personal and easy to connect with, as if each lyric carries a piece of a real story.

The album opens with “freckled n flushed” a smooth and beautiful start. The writing shines here, it’s simple but full of feeling. The melody is catchy and the delivery feels natural and setting the tone for the rest of the project. Then comes “neptune” another standout with a rich instrumental and warm production. It has this dreamy vibe that pulls you in instantly.

“chattahoochee vampires” featuring Parker Howard, is one of the more atmospheric tracks, mixing soft production with vocals that blend perfectly. The collaboration works well and feels effortless. “do you do cry?” brings an emotional shift, it’s gentle and deeply moving. You can feel the sincerity in every word.

“things you wouldn’t say” (feat. Shaudie Man) adds energy and rhythm, balancing sadness and groove with a catchy hook that stays in your head. “put me thru” brings even more life with a great chorus and confident flow that makes it one of the most replayable songs on the album. Then “bye, bye” changes things up with an acoustic guitar that fits so well with the beat, it’s a clever touch that makes the song stand out.

Later, “butterfly sneezes” becomes one of those tracks that make you stop and really listen. It’s soft and warm, like a moment of peace in the middle of everything. The closing song, “where you go” (my favorite one here) wraps the album in the most heartfelt way. It feels like a goodbye letter, but one filled with love and acceptance.

This album is a beautiful mix of emotion, melody and honesty. The production is clean, the mastering is perfect, and the vocals sit right at the heart of every song. You can tell Rize Michael put real passion and care into this project, it sounds original and polished. This album proves he’s not just making music, he’s sharing pieces of himself.
