Travis Straw is back with a new single and once again his voice is the first thing that stays with me. “Giants Baseball” keeps things simple, but that is exactly why it works so well. The melodies are memorable, the production is great and the mixing gives every part enough space to breathe. There is real heart in the delivery as he reflects on love, family and the time we get together. The acoustic arrangement never asks for attention letting the lyrics carry the weight. It’s warm, honest, and deeply personal, this is another strong release from Travis and I love it. You’ll definitely find it on my playlists!
