Gumshoe has released a new single called “All I Want Is You”, and this one is full of bright energy. The track opens with clean layered sounds and a smooth beat that gives the song a strong start. Philip Hampson’s (the artist behind this solo project) vocals sit nicely over the production with catchy melodies that make the chorus stand out. You may find yourself singing the chorus by the next morning. I like how the sound design keeps small details moving around the vocals without making the track too busy. The beat are clean, the vocals are smooth and everything works together well. Gumshoe is making good music and I am enjoying following his journey closely.
