Chanielle has released a new single titled “Pirat”, and I have to say, her sound is something special. I love how much is happening in this song without anything getting lost. The guitars are powerful, her voice is warm and the production has little surprises that make me want to listen again. Even the mixing deserves a mention. Everything sounds clear. I don’t understand German, but her singing and melodies say enough on their own. The song is about realizing that fear has made you hurt someone you love.
