Alexander Wolfe just released his new single “Coda (Same Road Different View)” and it sounds like a song made by someone who has lived every word. The song is slow and simple, but it carries a heavy heart from the first moment. His voice does most of the work here and that is what makes it so strong. The song is about survival, acceptance and learning to stop fighting your own mind and this comes through in a very honest way. I loved the soft melodies, the clean production and the haunting space around his delivery. It is careful, personal and full of real meaning.
