Her songwriting looks back at younger dreams while also facing the unknown road ahead with hope. The melodies are easy to remember, while the acoustic guitar and pedal steel add warmth around her vocals. I really liked how simple and honest the arrangement sounds. Sarah MacDougall’s production keeps everything clean without losing its natural character. Ariana shows real skill here, both as a singer and as a songwriter.
