Blake Lewis released his new single “Modern Marilyn” and right away, the energy stands out. The production is sharp and I rezally liked the guitar work which gives the track a strong push. Lewis sounds confident throughout and his vocal melodies are catchy from start to finish. The lyrics tell the story of a woman with the timeless charm and presence linked to Marilyn Monroe. There is also a nice old-school touch beneath the modern production. Everything works together well, from the hooks and guitars to the polished final sound. It’s an amazing track!
