Melbourne-based Australian Indie pop artist Jess Tenace just released her new single “pretty”, and I am really happy I found her music. Her voice has so much confidence and she sings every line with a lot of personality. The melody is catchy from the start and the chorus stayed in my head after one listen. I also liked how the bright music sits next to lyrics about jealousy, regret, and seeing someone you once loved move on. The production sounds clean and strong and the instruments give her voice so much space to shine. This is a great first listen for me, and I would love to hear more from her.
