Jake Herring is back on our radar with his new single “Hollow Man” and this one is a beautiful listen from the start. A simple acoustic guitar sits behind his voice, giving the song great space to breathe. His singing is smooth, honest, and deep. The melodies are captivating and stay with you after the music ends. I also loved the dark atmosphere and the clean recording, which lets every small detail come through perfectly. Herring sounds fully connected to his music here. He is a talented artist and “Hollow Man” is going straight onto my playlists for sure again.
